Moving over to Affinity. Goodbye Illustrator.
Drawing has been a hobby of mine for the past five years, and lately I’ve been finding my way back to it. I tend to jump between ideas quickly — I get excited about new concepts and lose interest in old ones just as fast. For a long time, that restlessness was compounded by Adobe Illustrator’s price tag, which made it hard to justify keeping the hobby alive. That changed when I discovered Affinity.
Affinity gave me an affordable way to pick up where I’d left off, and I spent time revisiting a lot of the unfinished concepts I’d shelved over the years. The learning curve was real, but some hands-on experimentation got me up to speed quickly. Below are a few pieces I made along the way.
The hustle and bustle of life has been keeping me occupied recently, so I haven’t made a piece in over 2 months unfortunately. But I do plan on posting more soon. Check out my art account on instagram if you’re curious! Thanks for reading once again :)
